Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
At Refresh Wellness Dent, we strive to provide the best experience possible for every client. Because we have one private suite and only one of each service available, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide at least 12 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice or missed without notice (no-shows) will be subject to one of the following:
A $10 cancellation fee
One service will be deductedfrom your package or membership, if applicable.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control.

Refund Policy:
All purchases made at Refresh Wellness are final sale and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, individual services, service packages, memberships, promotional offers, gift cards, and any other purchases made in-store or online.
Packages and promotional offers cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
